Location was superb, surrounded by nature and snow. The ambiance was perfect for a cosy Christmas feel with decorated trees and carol singers. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, especially with getting the fireplace started.

The room we stayed in was quite small and cramped with no view to the outside world. There was a limited variety of food offered in the dining area, with some dishes being served too cold.

We liked our stay. A perfect place for exploring Thimphu...

Located by a beautiful river, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. the spacious and comfortable suites feature large windows that let in plenty of natural light. the helpful and courteous staff provide excellent service, and the spa services are a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy a scenic walk along the river or take advantage of the traditional Bhutanese dress provided by the hotel for souvenir photos.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect, right along a crystal clear river with breathtaking mountains on the other side. We enjoyed sitting by the river and feeling close to nature. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, attending to our every need in a traditional Bhutanese manner. They were always smiling and ready to help, making us feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, from ironing facilities to a well-stocked mini-bar. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and comfortable sitting area. It was truly a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was breathtaking, situated right beside a river. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms equipped with warmers, even in the bathrooms which was a big plus. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, providing an excellent room service experience. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the dinner was worth the extra cost. I had a great experience at this hotel.
